As of 1 May 2010, the current transfer rate to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program of one Membership Rewards point = 0.6 Qantas Frequent Flyer points will reduce to one Membership Rewards point = 0.5 Qantas Frequent Flyer points.*

New Jetstar Lounge in Auckland
On 8 February 2010, Jetstar opened a new domestic departure lounge in Auckland. The Akarana Lounge (Akarana is the Maori name for Auckland) offers complimentary food, drinks, entertainment, and workspace with computer terminals and wireless connectivity while you wait. Jetstar passengers will be able to pre-purchase entry online for NZ$9.99 per adult or at the Akarana Lounge entrance for NZ$15 per adult. |
