US Security changes As a result of a directive from the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), from 31 October 2009 all international airlines will be required to provide passenger information to the DHS no later than 72 hours before flight departure for travel into, out of, within or over the USA. Qantas moves to Terminal 3 at London Heathrow From 29 October 2009, Qantas services between London Heathrow and Singapore, Bangkok, and Hong Kong, will move from London Heathrow Terminal 4 to Terminal 3.
