US Security changes
As a result of a directive from the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), from 31 October 2009 all international airlines will be required to provide passenger information to the DHS no later than 72 hours before flight departure for travel into, out of, within or over the USA. This means you will need to contact your travel agent or nearest Qantas office to do this, no later than 72 hours before your scheduled departure. |

Qantas moves to Terminal 3 at London Heathrow
From 29 October 2009, Qantas services between London Heathrow and Singapore, Bangkok, and Hong Kong, will move from London Heathrow Terminal 4 to Terminal 3. This also includes flights connecting to and from Australia. Terminal 3 will become the new London home for Qantas as well as other oneworld airline partners. |

New Boeing 738 aircraft cross the Tasman
